Uninsured Service Cost List

Millennium Healthcare uninsured services cost list

Unfortunately, not all Medical Services are paid for by Manitoba Health. Each person is responsible for paying for any uninsured services they require. Clinics can set their own rates for uninsured service as per the guidelines of the College of Physician and Surgeons of Manitoba and Doctors Manitoba. We endeavor to keep rates for uninsured services fair and based on the time and resources required for completion. Common examples of Uninsured Services include:

  • Driver’s Medical Exams – Required for certain license renewals or professional driving.
  • School & Camp Forms – Health forms needed for school enrollment, camps, or sports programs.
  • Sick Notes & Work Forms – Documentation requested by employers or educational institutions.
  • Travel-Related Medical Documents – Forms or certificates required for international travel.
  • Insurance & Legal Reports – Medical assessments not covered by Manitoba Health.
  • Certain Vaccines & Procedures – Services not listed under standard provincial coverage and removal of lesions for cosmetic reasons

No Show charges (24-hour cancellation required)

Please notify us 24 hours in advance if you are unable to make your appointment. If you notify us on the same day, there will be a fee. If you are having difficulty reaching us at the clinic, you may leave a voicemail message as there is a time stamp on these, or you may email the receptionists at [email protected]. This will also be time stamped. These options can avoid confusion. Special considerations may be considered if less than 24 hours, please speak to the doctor’s medical office assistant.
